The following terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

When you purchase from us, we’ll need to collect some personal information from you, just so that we can process the sale efficiently. The ‘Personal Information’ we’ll request is typically: your name, address, contact numbers, e-mail address, billing and shipping information and credit card details. Your private information will not be shared with any third party. Please note that this web site uses a PayPal payment gateway, as such Sweax Australia has no access to your credit card information.
The only reason why we would give out your personal information, is if:
1) You give us your permission to disclose the information.
2} Legally we are compelled or authorised to do so.
Sweax Australia uses the standard Australia Post service for all deliveries. Depending on your location within Australia, deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
Please note: It is up to the discretion of the Australia Post contractor whether they feel comfortable leaving your delivery at your home/office if you aren’t there.

Confirmation of Order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Sweax Australia. We reserve the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
Sweax Australia is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Sweax Australia may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
What if My Order hasn’t Arrived in the Estimated Time?
If you’re waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now.
The delivery time is from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. Please make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not from the order date.

Purpose of Goods
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to email@example.com

Any unused product may be returned to Sweax Australia within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: Returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit, or product(s) received more than 7 days after purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged product(s) received must be reported to Sweax Australia within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This must be done by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 1800 688 148 (free call).
If you receive any product(s) that is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect product will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the product(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Make sure the products are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the product(s) to you. Please send your return package via Express Post. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

Processing Your Returns: Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less the original shipping and handling costs.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Sweax Australia is controlled in New South Wales, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of New South Wales. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
